Requests for Proposals (RfPs) are developed by the LRI Strategic Science Team (SST). They are designed to specifically address the objectives outlined in the LRI Research Strategy as well as to fill critical knowledge gaps in scientific investigation that are not addressed by ongoing research programs. A primary goal of the RFPs is to attract interest from interdisciplinary investigator groups, including those from academia, private corporations, research institutions and governmental agencies.
