Panel: Bill Gulledge

Chartered in 1986, the Ethylene Glycol Panel formed to augment the ethylene glycol (EG) toxicological database. It has continued with voluntary testing focusing on developmental toxicity and renal effects and pharmacokinetics research in animals and humans. The panel also has addressed federal, state and international risk assessment initiatives involving ethylene glycol and product stewardship.

In 2003, the Ethylene Glycol Panel combined with the EOIC to form the Ethylene Oxide/Ethylene Glycols Panel.
