COLORADO SPRINGS, CO. (June 6, 2017) – During today’s annual business meeting, the American Chemistry Council (ACC) approved twenty-four individuals to serve on it’s board of directors for new or extended terms beginning January 1, 2018.

“The expertise, knowledge, and product diversity reflected in our board of directors is a tremendous asset to ACC and will continue to guide us as we navigate a new political landscape, puruse sound, science-based regulatory reform, and promote policies that preserve the global competitiveness of the U.S. chemical industry,” said ACC President and CEO Cal Dooley.

The ACC board of directors sets council policy, provides strategic direction, and approves advocacy priorities and the annual budget.

The following individuals were approved to serve on the ACC board of directors:

For a term beginning on January 1, 2018 and ending December 31, 2018:

  • Fred Festa, Chairman and CEO, W.R. Grace & Co.
  • Sean Keohane, President and CEO, Cabot Corporation
  • John Panichella, President and CEO, Solenis
  • Michael Wilson, President and CEO, Ingevity

For terms beginning on January 1, 2018 and ending December 31, 2019:

  • Inga Carus, Chairman, Carus Corporation
  • Mark Kramer, President and CEO, Anderson Development Company
  • James Moffatt, Executive Vice President, ICL Global Leader, Advanced Additives, ICL North America
  • Mark Rohr, Chairman and CEO, Celanese
  • Thierry Vanlancker, Head of Specialty Chemicals, AkzoNobel N.V.

For terms beginning on January 1, 2018 and ending December 31, 2020:
