CHEMTREC®: Customer Care Representative
This position is responsible for providing basic customer service assistance to companies registered and companies interested in registering with CHEMTREC, as well as identifying the needs of the customers and routing to the appropriate CHEMTREC department. This position is also responsible for processing and addressing requests about Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for CHEMTREC customers, and reports directly to the Manager, Customer Fulfillment.

CHEMTREC®: Senior Director, Sales and Marketing
The position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of CHEMTREC’s sales and marketing programs. The position will have specific focus on leads generation, sales and new business development; new business plan development; and social and web media development and delivery. The position will also be responsible for completing sales forecasts and developing and tracking of key process indicators (KPIs) demonstrating effectiveness of strategic plan execution. The position reports directly to the Chief Executive, CHEMTREC.

Chlorine: Director, Chlorine Issue Management Outreach and Communication
The position is responsible for developing, implementing and managing communication strategies for purposes of advancing chlorine sector policy priorities in regulatory, legislative and other forums. The position is also responsible for developing and producing integrated, strategic messages for traditional and social media for purposes of impacting relevant audiences, including the Division’s disinfection campaigns, cultivating and maintaining relationships with national and trade media and teaming with internal staff to develop media strategies, pitch compelling story ideas, and generate coverage of key issues. This position also provides communication leadership support for the World Chlorine Council. The position reports directly to the Managing Director of Chlorine Chemistry.

Federal Affairs: Political and Legislative Manager
The position is responsible for managing activities related to political mobilization and federal lobbying activities, as well as the American Chemistry Council’s (ACC) Political Action Committee (PAC). The position works with the PAC Chairman, the Vice President, Federal Affairs and members of the Federal Affairs team to administer the PAC and the PAC contribution process, as well as participates in advocacy activities in support of federal government affairs priorities on Capitol Hill. The position is responsible for managing campaign communications amongst ACC member companies and the internal ACC Federal Affairs team, and reports directly to the Vice President, Federal Affairs.

Regulatory and Technical Affairs: Senior Director, Regulatory Science Policy
The position is responsible for serving as a technical resource to relevant ACC committees, self-funded groups and staff regarding assessments of the hazard and risks of chemical substances. The position is also responsible for coordinating ACC’s advocacy on chemical risk assessments in various government agencies to promote common processes and methodologies, particularly common standards for sound, credible science to support decision-making. The position reports directly to the Vice President of Regulatory & Technical Affairs.
