To support these goals, Cabot provides unconscious bias training for people managers, facilitates team dialogues to cultivate a more inclusive environment, and is expanding use of employee resource groups (ERGs), including the Black Employees & Allies United ERG. Cabot's community engagement and corporate giving programs focus on advancing STEM education and supporting vulnerable groups in the communities.
